You acknowledge that the Software and all associated intellectual property rights are owned exclusively by the Company or its licensors. You gain no ownership rights under this EULA.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, decrypt, or disassemble the Software

• Modify, patch, or tamper with the Software in any way

• Bypass licensing, anti-cheat, or any form of protection in the Software

• Use, develop, or distribute cheats, cracks, keygens, trainers, or similar tools

• Distribute, share, or give access to the Software to any third party for the purpose of cracking, tampering, or analyzing

• Assist, encourage, or allow others to violate any of these rules

Any indirect assistance (e.g., handing it off to someone else to crack or reverse engineer) is treated the same as a direct violation.

Violating this EULA will result in immediate termination of your license and may lead to:

• Lawsuits

• Criminal complaints

• Injunctive relief

• Asset freezes (your license)

Company reserves the right to pursue remedies globally, regardless of your location.

Your rights automatically terminate if you violate any part of this EULA. You must immediately stop using the Software and delete all copies. And your license will be instantly terminated.

We reserve the right to enforce this EULA in any jurisdiction where violations occur, or where your data, assets, or activity is found. You waive any jurisdictional objections to enforcement.
